Ready-to-Ship items typically ship within 2–4 business days following each release. Any unexpected delays will be shared on the appropriate brand’s Facebook business page.
📬 USPS Transit & Tracking
Shipping times and tracking updates vary based on destination and seasonal USPS volume. Please allow up to 14 business days for USPS to update tracking or deliver your package before submitting a shipping status request.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Any lost or stolen packages must first be documented with USPS prior to contacting Royal Mae Co. For guidance on filing a claim, please visit usps.com.

USPS First Class Standard – $6.95

• Lost or stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded
If you plan to place one order, we strongly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority or selecting our PRONTO option for added protection and faster delivery.
If two or more orders are placed within the same business day, we may combine them into fewer packages. If combined, we will do our best to upgrade shipping to Priority at no additional cost.
NO REFUNDS will be issued if orders are combined.
Priority shipping means:
• Faster delivery
• Automatic $50 insurance
• Fewer trips to our small-town post office (and they like us better that way, your bow dealer included 😉)
Combining orders takes extra time and care on our end, but for now, it’s the best solution for everyone involved.
USPS Priority – $9.99
• Includes tracking
• Includes $50 insurance per package
• Great for customers placing one order who want faster shipping and built-in protection
🚀 PRONTO Shipping – $19.99
Includes a rush processing fee + Priority shipping upgrade
Select PRONTO on one order, and here’s what happens:
• ALL orders placed within the same business day (under the same account) will be pulled, combined when possible, and shipped via USPS Priority
• Orders ship with lightning speed—typically within 1 business day (occasionally 2, depending on daily PRONTO volume)
• PRONTO orders are processed FIRST, before Priority and Standard orders
• Includes tracking and $50 insurance

• Our standard processing time remains 2–4 business days
• If timing matters, we strongly recommend upgrading to Priority or PRONTO
• While we do our best to combine multiple orders when possible, we cannot guarantee it every time. We’re human, and occasionally multiple orders slip past us.
