Q: "I want to place a team order. Do you offer discounts?"
Prep Rally pricing is already at the lowest of the low when you consider the cost of materials, time, and heart that goes into every single bow. A team order may look like a bigger paycheck, but the cost of materials and the time spent doesn’t lessen.

Design work and logo-related details take the most time in our process. If we lose an order because another bow dealer slashed their prices, then it simply wasn’t meant to be. We will never participate in a price war as the Prep Rally as a brand speaks for itself.

Can you find game day bows elsewhere for cheaper? Sure. Are we going to hate on you for it? Never. But will Prep Rally discount prices just to secure a sale? That’s a no.

We appreciate every single order that comes our way, but we will never sacrifice being paid fairly for the blood, sweat, and tears that go into team orders.
Q: "I just sent in my Custom Order Inquiry, how long until you get back to me?"
Oh, hello! Freakin' love that.

Due to a high volume of inquiries, responses are handled in the order they are received. All custom order requests are reviewed at the start of each business day, and then the rest of the day is spent doing what we do best, dealing out the goods.Please allow 2–4 business days for a response.

We know waiting is tough when game day is on the brain, but this is a one-woman operation calling all the plays. A little patience and grace are always appreciated. Trust, Prep Rally bows are totally worth the wait.
Q: “Can I send in my teams logos for you to use on a Game Day bow? ”
Short answer: maybe. Longer answer: let’s talk rules.

Prep Rally is more than happy to work with team and school logos, but we’re also proud rule followers when it comes to using designs we didn’t create. And honestly… nobody has the time or money for a lawsuit.

To move forward with any logo use, we must have written proof of permission from one of the big guys or girls in charge granting approval for the logo to be used. Logo files and authorization must be emailed to preprally@royalmaeco.com prior to production. Orders will not move forward without this approval in place.

We totally understand the disappointment if permission isn’t granted but don’t worry, Prep Rally is a problem solver. We can always find a creative workaround to get your girl game day ready, fully on theme, and playing pretty without breaking any rules.
Q: “Will the game day hair bows you design via custom order match the uniform perfectly?”
Cue the anxiety, because you are working with a perfectionist around here.

Every single uniform brand varies, and all sublimation printers are set up differently. Unfortunately, it’s not as simple as plugging in a hex code and calling it a day.

Without a uniform in hand to reference, we cannot guarantee a perfect match. That said, a whole lot of effort goes into getting as close as humanly possible. If you live locally to Hernando, Mississippi, you may drop off a uniform piece for an exact match.

Before finalizing any custom Game Day bow, a sample bow is sublimated and worked up and sent to the customer for final approval. Once approval is given, production will move forward.

ONCE APPROVED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
If the finished bow does not match expectations after approval, Prep Rally will not refund, reprint, or exchange the order. Good news, we have NEVER had this issue and all customers have expressed they are obsessed with their order.

It is very important that you carefully review your sample and communicate any requested changes before approving. Once approval is given, Prep Rally is not liable or responsible if the final product does not meet expectations.

Q: “Can you make a Game Day bow to match my favorite college or professional sports team?”
Hard pass. & not in a mean way.

College and professional sports teams do not play when it comes to logo usage on anything sold commercially. And while we’d LOVE to deal out bows for every college stadium and pro arena out there, the licenses required to do so are wildly expensive.

So unless Prep Rally wins the lottery or hits full-on Shark Tank status overnight, we’re going to stick to being rule followers and avoid the legal sidelines altogether. No broken rules. No legal headaches. No thanks.

That said—don’t lose hope. We’re pros at creating team-inspired {not logo-using} designs that capture the colors, vibe, and spirit of your favorite team without crossing any lines. Translation: your athlete can still show up game day ready and looking cute without us getting a call from a lawyer.
Q: “Your bows are G O R G E O U S … but will they last all season?”
100% yes! This isn’t just a hair bow, we take game day style seriously. Each Prep Rally bow (with the exception of spirit ribbons) is handmade, securely zip-tied, and created using high-quality materials designed to hold up through practices, double-headers, and full seasons of wear.

We don’t cut corners, and we don’t skimp on quality. Durability is just as important to us as design, because we want your athlete reaching for the same bow again and again, game after game.
Q: “ How soon will my order be ready?”
Short answer: it depends and before you come at us, we promise there’s a good reason.

Custom orders are completed in the order they’re received, and turnaround time is based on the current queue. We know you want your game day bow like yesterday, and trust us, we’re doing everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Once a custom order inquiry is submitted, you can expect a response within 2–4 business days. Before the $10 design fee is collected, we’ll confirm the estimated turnaround time with you so we’re both on the same page from the start.

For non-custom Prep Rally orders, the current processing time is 5 business days, after which your order will either:
• ship via USPS First Class (securely boxed), or
• be marked ready for local pickup

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details or a follow-up email with pickup instructions.

If your order is being shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the shipping notification is sent.

And yes, it’s completely acceptable to stalk your mail woman/gent. We’d do the same.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Currently we ship anywhere in the US as well as Canada, but we are working to expand our shipping internationally.
Q: “Can you attach a hair clip to the bows vs. a pony tail holder? ”
All Prep Rally Game Day styles are designed with a seamless ponytail holder attached by default. This option is intentional and recommended for active wear.

While we can substitute a ponytail holder with a metal alligator hair clip upon request, please be aware that doing so comes with inherent risk. Due to the nature of athletic activity, the use of a metal hair clip during sports may increase the risk of injury.
By requesting a hair clip substitution, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk. Royal Mae Co., Prep Rally, and Pamela Marshall are not responsible and assume no liability for any injuries that may occur while wearing a bow with a hair clip during practices, games, or any athletic activity.

For safety reasons, ponytail holders are always the preferred option for game day wear.
Q: “Do I need to create an account before checking out?”
Yes! An account ensures you will have easy access to your order status, resourceful tools AND it helps us provide a fast and easier checkout process.
Q: “What payment options do you accept?”
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.
Q: “Will I be charged sales tax on my order? ”
If you're shipping your order to a Mississippi address, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.
Q: “How much is Shipping?”
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your bows and your location. The minimum shipping charge is $6.95.
Q: “Are your bows sewn or glued?”
Glue just doesn’t cut it for game day. All Prep Rally bow styles are securely zip-tied, a method that keeps the bow’s shape intact through wear, movement, and full-on game day action. {unless you Hulk Hogan it… and even then, it puts up a good fight.}
Q: “Do you offer local pickup?”
✨ Royal Mae Co. Orders
Local pickup is not available for Royal Mae Co. bows. These bows must stay beautifully bagged to hold their shape, and since pickups are done via a front door cart, there’s no safe way to store them outdoors for extended periods of time. Between wind, weather, and the occasional “I’ll grab it next week” situation, your bows could get knocked over, blown away, or otherwise less than perfect and that’s a risk we’re not willing to take.

🏟️ Prep Rally Orders
Local pickup is available for Prep Rally bows because they lay flat and can be safely bagged without fear of smooshing. If you’re ordering Prep Rally and want to pick up locally, simply use the LOCALPICKUP code at checkout.
Local pickup requests placed on Royal Mae Co. orders will not be honored.

There’s a pickup cart to the right of the front door so you can grab your order at your convenience. You’ll receive a text and/or email once your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 7 business days. If an order hangs out longer than that, shipping will be invoiced and the order will head your way by mail instead.

🐶 Important (and slightly dramatic) Warning:
We have two boxer girls who take their job as home security very seriously. They have successfully scared Amazon drivers, delivery trucks, and the occasional unsuspecting visitor. Please don’t be alarmed, they come fully loaded with big barks, wiggle butts, and zero bite. They wouldn’t hurt a fly, but they will announce your arrival.
Q: “How can my athlete get featured?”

We LOVE seeing our bows in action and are always excited to feature athletes from the Prep Rally roster. When it comes to photos, clear, high-quality, and uncluttered images work best and help showcase the brand beautifully.

You don’t have to be a mom-tographer as most phone cameras these days take amazing photos. We love close-up shotst that highlight the bow, bonus points if we can see how perfectly it matches the uniform. Group shots are always welcome too, as long as the bows are visible and not too far away to catch the details.

We’re constantly on the lookout for standout photos in our Prep Rally Sideline Society VIP group and being tagged on social media definitely puts you on our radar. If social media isn’t your thing, you can always email photos straight to preprally@royalmaeco.com
