Due to the custom nature of most of our products, all sales are final unless an error has occurred on our part. Royal Mae Co. and Prep Rally do not offer refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer store credit or a merchandise exchange, provided the item is unworn and in like-new condition.

📩 Reporting an Issue
Any damages or defects must be reported within 2 days of delivery to the appropriate brand contact:

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, returned items must be shipped back within 24 hours of our response.
